The kickboxing class is a great full body workout! The instructors are friendly and make the class fun! Best workout ever

My two boys spent the summer training for their first belt. It was an amazing experience they had. They also participated in the USCC. What a wonderful coordination. Had it now for time constraints, they would love to continue. Definitely will do shortly once they are ready. I strongly recommend Dennis Brown Shaolin Wu-Shu Center. I really loved everything!!!
